1, water

2. Starch

starch is the main body of biochemical reaction. Starch is a natural carbohydrate extracted from plants containing chlorophyll. Many industries prefer to use starch as adhesive, because starch is relatively low cost, biodegradable and can be extracted from renewable raw materials

3. Sodium hydroxide

sodium hydroxide (NaOH, also known as caustic soda) is an oxidant in biochemical reactions. It mainly plays a gelatinizing role in adhesives, and also has the function of wetting and softening paperboard fibers, and can improve the permeability of adhesives. Too much caustic soda will reduce the gelatinization temperature of the adhesive and increase the pH value of the adhesive; The dosage of caustic soda is too small, which will make the gelatinization temperature of the adhesive higher, and the starch can not be gelatinized completely. The prepared program can be stored in the microcomputer. The permeability is poor, the moisture of the corrugated board is high, and the physical picture can synchronously output the measured data and the curve change diagram index is low. In the steinhall glue making process, caustic soda is used to gelatinize the initial paste loaded starch to enhance its viscosity. 4. Borax

its scientific name is disodium tetraborate decahydrate (na2b4o7*10h2o), which mainly plays the role of crosslinking, complexing and thickening in adhesives. Too much borax will make the adhesive cohesive force too strong. After condensation, it will appear rubber, which will promote the healthy and rapid development of vanadium industry. It will lose its bonding effect and lead to paperboard delamination; If the amount of borax is too small or not used, the complexation and thickening effect cannot be achieved. 8. The paper quality is poor, and the amount of borax should be appropriately increased; The paper is good, especially the imported sizing paper, which can be used without or appropriately reduce the amount of borax

5. Additives

mainly include crosslinking agent (or bridging agent) and stabilizer (Terminator). The use of additives can effectively improve the adhesion and moisture-proof performance of corrugated board, and make the adhesive difficult to be emulsified after curing, so as to improve the edge pressing strength, flat pressing strength and bursting strength of corrugated board. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring the strength, the quantity of base paper can be appropriately reduced; The use of additives can effectively reduce the gelatinization temperature of the adhesive, increase the speed, and improve the flatness of corrugated board; The use of additives can appropriately reduce the amount of starch on the premise of ensuring the bonding effect
